Pushed the mats/posts all the way against the wall to allow room for players to walk behind the curtain.
Everyone needs to leave the facility no-later-than the close time. Please start cleanup about 15 minutes before closing.
Shuttle Donation
Used shuttles with no or a single missing feather can be dropped into the net container for club coaching sessions.
Sign-up Board Use Rules
(Subject to update)
When the courts get busy, we use the sign-up board. Here is how it works:
Only doubles games are allowed. No singles games.
Sign up your names on the sign-up board and wait in the sign-up board area for an open court in turns.
When a court is available, erase your names when you get on the court.
When on court, play two games and then all four people come off the court, anounce available court location, and sign up for the next available court.
Remember that you can be on the court or your name can be on the sign-up board, but not both !
If you are the last group to play on a court, then it is your responsibility to roll up the mats.
New to the club? Here is how it works.
Please go through club rules first.
Officer on Duty
There is typically one or two club officers to help out during the play session.
Officer will check membership, check-in guest players, answer questions about setup/takedown/storage, etc.
If you do not know where the officer is, please ask other players.
Membership Checking
At the beginning of each season, or if you are new to the club's open play session, you may be asked multiple times for your name to be checked against the member list. This can be from different officers, but also from the same officer (especially between different dates), until the officers can recognize you. We have nearly five hundred members, so it may take a while.
Guest Check-in
Guest should check-in with club officer before getting on the court to play. Not doing so violates club rules.
